Universidad de Granada (UGR)
Nanomag is a research group belonging to the Department of Applied Physics at the University of Granada. The research scope of our group is mainly focused on the synthesis of magnetic/plasmonic nanostructures (nanoparticles, nanorods, nanostars, etc), and manipulation of their physico-chemical properties to get more efficiencies under electromagnetic stimuls in various biomedical applications including magnetic hyperthermia, photothermia, and drug release.
The Nanomag group is highly multidisciplinary, consisting of professionals from different fields like physicists, engineers, biotechnologists, etc., interested in biomedical applications. The group has also equipped to all facilities and infrastructures needed for carrying out the experiments, among which the devices designed by the research team stand out.

What is their role in NanoBioAp?
As a multidisciplinary network,we complement each other.
